Event Overview

26-27 May 2025
Sofitel Sydney Wentworth

The Aged Care Digital & Technology Transformation Forum convened over 150 delegates from across Australia to explore the evolving landscape of aged care in the context of significant reforms. The event featured a diverse array of sessions focusing on digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI), compliance, and patient-centered care.

Content focused on digital transformation, AI, compliance, and patient-centered models, with standout sessions from Fay Flevaras (Chief Digital Information Officer, Department of Health and Aged Care) on the impact of reforms on digital transformation, and Rob Sibo (Google) on the future of AI in the sector.

The program created targeted opportunities for sponsors to connect with decision-makers through curated roundtables, speed networking, and networking lunches and drinks. These touchpoints enabled meaningful engagement around the implementation of digital tools, strategic planning, and service improvement.

Sponsors gained visibility as partners in sector transformation—aligning their offerings with the priorities of aged care providers seeking solutions to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation in aged care.

Advisory Board

The advisory board for the forum played a crucial role in shaping the event's direction and content. These hand-picked industry experts brought their knowledge and experience to ensure that the forum addressed the most relevant topics and challenges facing the sector.
